2016 Year In Review
Preliminary numbers for 2016 show an overall increase of 7.6% in residential units sales throughout the valley and a slight increase (0.4%) in overall dollar volume. The strength in units sales and dollar volume was realized in the mid and western valley communities while the high-end of the market ($5,000,000+) was down in unit sales and dollar volume. Strong November and December contracts in Vail and Beaver Creek should yield a solid Q1 and positive start to 2017.
