Vail opens its next 50 years of skiing in just a couple weeks and towns throughout the Vail Valley are buzzing with anticipation. Not only will Vail open on November 22nd but Beaver Creek will follow on the 27th. Beaver Creek will also feature men’s and women’s world cup skiing events from November 29 – December 1 for the women and the men follow December 6 – 8. The two weekends of racing are highlights of the start of the ski season and will be a sneak peek for what is to come when the valley welcomes the World Alpine Ski Championships in February 2015.
With the start of the winter season our market begins to pick-up momentum as visitors descend on the valley and fall in love with the area all over again. Our market remains stable and healthy with a good mix of buyers and sellers putting deals together throughout the summer and fall.
