The Vail Valley real estate market showed strong activity after the mountain closed with a number of high-end Luxury listings going under contract. While April sales were down slightly from 2017, the major factor in our market remains available inventory. Listings are down about 10% from last year but the good news is that inventory should increase by 20 – 25% through August if historical patterns and trends continue.
