Demonstrating its prominent role in mountain resort residential real estate sales in Colorado, 18 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties brokers took top statewide broker awards honors for Q4 2022, among the 750 Colorado brokers in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.
Individual Sales – Gross Commission Income
In the individual sales category, Larry Agneberg (Vail-Lionshead office) earned the #1 spot in gross commission sales (GCI) for all of Colorado, followed by Jeffrey Cloonan (Beaver Creek Lodge office) and Leigh Rychel (Beaver Creek Villa Montane office).
Broker Teams – Gross Commission Income
For teams in GCI, Vail Village office’s Denton Advisory Group (Craig Denton, Kyle Denton, and Kevin Denton with the Vail Village office), Messmer Group (Rick Messmer and Jennie Longville May; Eagle office), the Weinreich Team (Mark Weinreich, Tiffany Lydon Weinreich, Tiffany McCracken, and Rochelle Eick; Beaver Creek Villa Montane), the Slaughter Group (Laurie Slaughter, Scooter Slaughter, and Dana Hyatt; Gypsum Office), and the Jay Team (CJ Seatvet and Matt Seatvet; Lionshead Office)

In individual unit sales, Janet Boesser (Beaver Creek Villa Montane), Donna Justin (Grand Junction), Mallie Kingston (Eagle), Linda Steil (Montrose), and Danean Boukather (Vail-Lionshead) commanded the top five spots for all of Colorado.
Broker Team Unit Sales
Broker team unit sales top accolades were given to the Messmer Group, Denton Advisory Group, and The Unrein Team (Brian Unrein and Tina Unrein) out of the company’s Montrose office.
