Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties has added a new Winter Park-based broker team, Grand Mountain Group Real Estate Team, including broker associates Carol Mooney-Underwood and Amanda Morrison, to its list of mountain resort areas, growing the company’s presence to 13 offices in 12 communities in Colorado.
As part of this new partnership, Mooney-Underwood and Morrison will also be working with buyers and sellers in Eagle County, providing more options for people looking for mountain real estate properties and investments.
The Grand Mountain Group Real Estate Team brings more than 18 years of combined real estate experience. Mooney has been a resident since 2006 and Morrison, 2019. Before joining the Grand Mountain Group Real Estate Team, Mooney-Underwood worked in the marketing department for Winter Park Resort and Morrison in the travel industry. Her interest in mountain resort living and interior design drew her to the real estate world and Morrison’s passion stemmed from owning several properties and wanting to help others find their dream homes.
