Brokers & Beaver Creek-Villa Montane Office earn Q1 Honors
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties’ Beaver Creek-Villa Montane office, along with three broker associates and two broker teams have received top three awards for 2022 first quarter performance in Colorado.
For individual performance, Vail-Lionshead broker associate Timm Kluender earned the #1 spot from among all the brokers in Colorado for both gross commission income (GCI) and unit sales. Vail-Lionshead based Alida Zwaan commanded the #2 GCI spot followed by Marla Hillerich at #3 in GCI with the Beaver Creek-Villa Montane office.

For Teams, The Slaughter Group out of Gypsum, including managing broker Laurie Slaughter and broker associates Scooter Slaughter and Dana Hyatt, took the #1 spot in unit sales, with The Weinreich Team, Beaver Creek-Villa Montane office, including Mark Weinreich, Tiffany Lydon Weinreich, Tiffany McCracken, and Rochelle Eick, #1 in GCI. Individual and team performances by Hillerich and The Weinreich Team also contributed to the Beaver Creek Villa-Montane office receiving #2 honors for all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties offices statewide.
