Vail Valley native resident Luis Avila has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties as a broker associate in the Gypsum office.
Fluent in Spanish and studying French, Avila became interested in the real estate industry at a young age with his father, Gerardo, also an associate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties.
Prior to getting his real estate license and joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties, Luis worked for Gallegos Corporation, a highly regarded, Denver-based, and family-owned residential and commercial real estate construction company. During his tenure, Luis did rotations through accounting and learning about the construction business before transitioning into working as a stone sales associate.
