Former Eagle County Housing Authority specialist Nicholle Wurth has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties as a broker associate at our Edwards real estate office.
Born and raised in Boston and the daughter of a successful Massachusetts real estate professional, Wurth has been immersed in the real estate world since early childhood. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where she holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, she followed her mother’s footsteps and entered the real estate world full-time.

Upon moving to the Vail Valley in 2018, Wurth diversified her real estate background as an educator and advisor to buyers and sellers for the Eagle County Housing Authority and quickly became familiar with the local market. Her work included managing the down payment assistance program, including handling deed restricted sales, as well as teaching home buyer and budgeting classes, and serving as a resource to buyers and sellers.
“We’re delighted to have Nicholle join our team,” said Michael Slevin, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties. “Her diverse real estate experience, coupled with her engineering degree, brings broad-based knowledge to our clients for both buyers and sellers,” Slevin added.
Outside the real estate arena, Wurth enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, rock climbing, and playing hockey and is also the co-founder of the Vail Women’s Rugby Team. She is married to Jake Wurth.
