Twenty-three year Vail Valley resident Stephen Wodlinger recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties as a broker associate in its Beaver Creek office.
A graduate of the University of Denver where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in French. Following graduation, Wodlinger joined his family’s media business in sales. His work took him from coast-to-coast resort communities, where he built long-term relationships through his ability to listen to the buying needs of customers and exceed expectations. He returned to Colorado and moved to the Vail Valley in 1997 with his wife and two children, where he continued in sales before joining TV8 in 2011 as general manager, where he served in this position until July 2020.

“I am excited to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties and leverage the breadth of my network and relationships in feeder markets such as Denver, Naples, Fla., New York City, and California,” said Wodlinger. “These are strong markets for the company and being able to help grow these markets was an instrumental reason for me deciding to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties.”
“Steve’s knowledge of the Vail Valley and his diverse sales experience in working with clients in resort communities across the country, as well as being conversant in French, are ideally suited for Vail’s real estate market. We are delighted he chose to venture into the real estate market and join our team.”
