We have recently added two more broker associates, Peter Shelton, serving the Edwards office and Sam Milloy, at the Vail Village office. These additions bring the total number of brokers to 142 among the company’s 12 offices in 10 mountain resort communities, spanning from Summit County to the Western Slope.
Peter Shelton
Born and raised in the Vail Valley, Shelton brings more than 15 years’ experience in real estate, starting with Vail-based Gateway Land Development in 2008, before moving to San Diego where he continued in residential real estate. As the saying goes, you can take the man out of the mountains but not the mountains out of the man, so he decided to return to his native roots and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties earlier this year. He continues to sell real estate in San Diego, as well as Vail.

Sam Milloy
An outdoor enthusiast with a penchant for helping and coaching people and his clients, Milloy combines these passions in his real estate as well as ski and lacrosse coaching backgrounds. Born and raised in McLean, Virginia, he attended Radford University in Radford, Va., before starting in commercial real estate in Washington, D.C. His love of the outdoors and mountains lured him west to Vail, where he worked in the race department and as a ski instructor before getting his Colorado license and joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties.
